Nitze-Stagen, a Seattle-based real estate development firm, is designing a new project at 23rd and Rainier Avenue South.

The project will be an 8-story mixed-use building with approximately 225 homes and ground floor retail along 23rd Avenue South.

The project is part of Nitze-Stagen’s multi-family portfolio that is focused on developing high-quality, mixed-income rental housing.  Nitze-Stagen’s other residential projects in Southeast Seattle are located at 900 Rainier Avenue South, 7324 Martin Luther King Jr. Way South, 4001 South Willow Street, and 7350 Martin Luther King Jr. Way South.
